Terms of Service

These terms cover both things we sell: the monthly membership and the 1:1 mentorship programme. They are written to be read, not to be survived. If something here is unclear, email support@mrrecom.com before you buy.

1. Who these terms are with

mrrecom.com and everything sold through it is operated by ECOMTARAY LLC ("MRR Ecom", "we", "us"). These terms form the agreement between you and ECOMTARAY LLC.

By purchasing or using either product, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not purchase.

2. What we sell

Two separate products. They are billed independently, and buying one does not enrol you in the other.

• The membership — $149 USD per month, recurring. The course, the private community, and a live group session each month.
• The 1:1 mentorship programme — $2,500 USD, charged once. Eight sessions across roughly eight weeks.

Both are commercial training. Section 11 sets out plainly what we do not promise.

3. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register with, and for keeping your account credentials to yourself.

4. Membership billing

• $149 USD per month, recurring. It renews automatically on the same date each month, to the same payment method, until you cancel it.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any currency conversion or foreign transaction charge applied by your bank or card issuer is yours, not ours, and we have no control over it.
• Access lasts only while the membership is active. It is not permanent. When the membership ends, access to the course, the community and the recordings ends with it, and we do not hold them for you afterwards.
• Checkout, your payment method and your subscription are handled by our payment provider, Whop. Your card details are held by them and by their processor, never by us — see the privacy policy.
• If a payment fails, the provider may retry it. If it still cannot be collected we may suspend access until the payment is resolved, and if it stays unresolved we may cancel the membership.
• If we change the price, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand. The new price applies from your next renewal after that notice period, and you can cancel before then if you do not want it.

5. Cancelling the membership

6. The 1:1 mentorship programme

• $2,500 USD, charged once. It is not a subscription and you will not be billed again for it.
• It runs as eight sessions across roughly eight weeks, scheduled with you.
• It is a service, not a download. You have to attend the sessions and do the work between them — that participation is the product.
• Reschedule with as much notice as you can give. A session missed without at least 24 hours' notice may be counted as delivered.
• The programme concludes at the end of the session series. It does not start a membership and does not create ongoing access.
• Documents built for your business during the sessions are yours to keep and use.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Read it before you buy.

8. Your account and acceptable use

• One person per membership. Do not share your login.
• The course, templates and recordings are licensed to you for your own use while your membership is active. Do not copy, resell, republish or pass them on.
• Do not use the community to spam, recruit, harass anyone, or post other members' private information.
• Do not use what we teach to break the law, or to break the rules of a payment provider or platform you deal with.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach of this section.

9. Intellectual property

We own or license the course, the templates, the recordings and the content of this site. Your membership gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them while it is active, and that licence ends when the membership ends. Templates you fill in for your own business stay yours.

10. What you post in the community

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to host and display it inside the community so the community can function. We may remove content that breaches section 8.

11. What we do not promise

We make no representation that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all. We do not publish typical results, because results depend on factors specific to you — your market, your capital, your effort and your execution. Any figures used in teaching are illustrations of how a model works, not projections of your outcome.

Nothing on this site, in the course, in the community or within the programme is financial, legal, tax or accounting advice, and buying it does not create a professional relationship beyond the training itself. Decisions about your own business, including whether what you build complies with the law and with your payment provider's rules, remain yours. Consult your own qualified advisers.

12. Availability

We aim to keep the site, the course and the community available, but they depend on third-party providers and we do not promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance and occasional outages happen.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with these terms or with what you bought is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or removes a consumer right you have that cannot be excluded by agreement.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or by notice on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing with the membership after that means you accept the updated terms — if you do not, cancel before your next renewal.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which ECOMTARAY LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not remove any right you have under the consumer law of your own country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
