Course and member community from $149/month · or 1:1 mentorship as a single payment Membership $149/mo · or 1:1 mentorship

Build recurring revenue with someone working on it beside you.

Subscription and replenishment ecommerce — the offer, the retention, and the billing setup underneath it. Learn it in the course and community, or work through your own numbers one to one.

Why recurring revenue is a different business
One-off sales restart at zero each month. Subscription revenue carries forward.

Who this is for

Two different problems. Two different answers.

If you haven't built a recurring offer yet, start with the membership. The course lays the model out in order, and the community is where you ask the things that come up while you're actually doing it. If you already have a store and you're stuck on your own numbers — your churn, your pricing, your checkout — more material won't fix that, and the 1:1 programme exists for exactly that case. You don't need both at once, and we'd rather you bought the one that matches where you're standing.

The membership · $149/month

The course, and the people doing it with you.

One monthly membership covering both. You get the full course immediately — it isn't drip-fed — and the community and monthly call carry on for as long as you stay.

The course

The recurring-revenue build, in order

Choosing what renews and why someone stays past month two, pricing and billing cadence, the retention numbers that decide whether it works, and the store and processor setup behind it. Self-paced, and open in full the day you join.

Included

The member community

A private group for the questions that come up while you're building. Members answer each other, and we're in there on working days — you're not posting into an empty room.

Included

Live group session every month

One scheduled call a month, working through what members bring to it. Recorded and posted afterwards if the time doesn't suit you.

Included

The working templates

The pricing model, the cohort and churn sheet, and the checkout and cancellation flow — the same documents used in the 1:1 programme, as templates you fill in yourself.

Billed at $149 USD per month and renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time — access runs to the end of the month you've paid for, then ends.

The 1:1 programme · how it works

Eight sessions, in order.

The sequence below is the default path. Where your business is already further along, we skip ahead and spend the time where it's actually needed.

Session 1
AuditYour current business, numbers and constraints on the table. What we're building toward, and what's realistic from where you're standing.
Sessions 2–3
Offer and pricingDesigning the recurring offer itself — what renews, at what price, on what cadence, and why a customer stays past month two.
Session 4
The numbersChurn, cohorts, LTV against acquisition cost. Building the sheet you'll actually run the business on.
Sessions 5–6
Store and billing setupInfrastructure, processor selection, the consent and cancellation flows. Reviewed before you take a payment, not after a dispute.
Session 7
Launch reviewGoing through it end to end as a customer would, and fixing what that surfaces.
Session 8
First numbersReading your early cohort data together and deciding what to change before it compounds.
Inside the 1:1 programme

What you're actually buying.

The core

Eight 1:1 sessions

Live calls, one to one, roughly weekly across the programme. Recorded and sent to you afterwards so you're not taking notes instead of thinking.

Included

Direct access between sessions

A private channel for the questions that come up mid-week. Answered on working days — a real response, not a bot and not a queue.

Included

Your documents, built with you

The pricing model, the cohort and churn sheet, and the checkout and cancellation flow — built for your business during the sessions, and yours to keep.

Included

Written review of your setup

Before you take a payment, a written pass over your offer, billing terms and cancellation path, with anything that needs fixing called out plainly.

How this works

Straight terms, on both sides.

You know which one you bought

The membership is $149 a month and renews every month until you stop it. The 1:1 programme is $2,500 charged once, with no second invoice later. Neither one turns into the other.

Cancelling is one click

Cancel the membership from your own account whenever you want, without emailing anyone for permission. Future charges stop, and access runs to the end of the month you've already paid for.

No promises about outcomes

You're buying time and judgement, not a result. We don't promise an income, and we don't publish earnings figures we can't substantiate.

Membership — what you're agreeing to

  • $149 USD per month, recurring. It renews automatically on the same date each month, to the same payment method, until you cancel it.
  • Cancel any time from your own account, with no notice period and without asking us. Cancelling stops all future charges.
  • When you cancel, access continues to the end of the month you've paid for and then stops. Access lasts only while the membership is active — it is not permanent and nothing is kept afterwards.
  • You get the full course as soon as you join. The community and the monthly session are ongoing, and they need your participation to be worth anything.

1:1 programme — what you're agreeing to

  • $2,500 USD, charged once. This one is a single payment, not a subscription — nothing renews and you will not be billed again.
  • Eight one-to-one sessions across roughly eight weeks, scheduled with you. The programme has a defined end; it is not open-ended or permanent access.
  • Session recordings and the documents built during the programme stay yours after it finishes.
  • This is a service, not a product you download. You're buying scheduled time and review work, and it requires your participation to be worth anything.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is this, exactly?
Two separate things. The membership is $149 a month: a self-paced course on building a recurring-revenue ecommerce business, a private member community, and a live group session each month. The 1:1 programme is a one-time $2,500 purchase: eight one-to-one sessions worked through against your business rather than a curriculum, plus a written review of your setup before you take payments.
Which one should I buy?
If you haven't built a recurring offer yet, the membership — it's the material in order, plus people to ask while you're doing it. If you already have a store and the problem is your own churn, pricing or checkout, that's the 1:1 programme. You don't need both, and buying the expensive one first is usually the wrong order.
How does the $149 membership bill, and how do I cancel?
$149 USD per month. It's a subscription: it renews automatically on the same date each month, to the same payment method, until you cancel it. You cancel from your own account whenever you like — no notice period, no email to us, no cancellation call. That stops every future charge. Access then runs to the end of the month you've already paid for and ends there, so you're never paying for time you didn't want.
Do I keep the course if I cancel the membership?
No, and we'd rather be blunt about that than have you find out later. Access to the course, the community and the recordings lasts only while your membership is active. It isn't permanent access and there's nothing to download and keep. The templates you fill in are your own files.
What does the 1:1 programme cost, and will I be charged again?
$2,500 USD, charged once. That one is not a subscription — nothing renews, there's no monthly fee afterwards, and there is no second invoice later. It's a separate purchase from the membership, and buying it doesn't start one.
How long does the 1:1 programme run, and what happens at the end?
Eight sessions across roughly eight weeks, scheduled around you. At the end the programme is finished — you keep the recordings and every document we built, but the sessions and the direct channel close. It isn't permanent access, and we'd rather say that plainly than let you assume otherwise.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are governed by our refund policy, linked in the footer — read it before you buy. If you're unsure whether this is right for you, email first and ask; talking you out of a bad purchase costs us less than a dispute.
Do you promise a specific income?
No, and you should be wary of anyone selling mentorship who does. We don't publish income figures, we don't claim typical results, and nothing here projects what you'll earn. You're buying time and judgement, not an outcome — plenty of people will do this work and still not make money.
Do I need an existing store?
For the membership, no — starting from nothing is a normal place to join from. For the 1:1 programme it helps a lot, though it isn't required: if you're starting from nothing, Sessions 1 to 3 are where most of your time goes, and you should expect the programme to end with a business that's launched rather than one that's already profitable.
What do you need from me?
Attendance and honesty about your numbers. This only works if you show up to the sessions and do the work between them — it's a service you participate in, not one that's done to you while you wait.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. It's commercial mentorship on a business model. Payments, subscription billing and consumer law vary by jurisdiction, and where you need a professional we'll tell you so rather than pretend we can replace one. Get your own accountant and lawyer before you take money from customers.

Start with the material, or start with your own numbers.

$149 a month, cancel any time — or eight 1:1 sessions for a single payment. No promises about what you'll earn, either way.
