Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
This explains what we collect, why, who else touches it, and how to get it deleted. It covers mrrecom.com, the membership and the 1:1 programme.
The short version
- We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled by our payment provider.
- This website runs no advertising pixel and no analytics, and sets no cookies of its own.
- We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
- Email support@mrrecom.com to see, correct or delete what we hold.
1. Who is responsible for your data
ECOMTARAY LLC, trading as MRR Ecom, is the controller of the personal information described here. Contact: support@mrrecom.com.
2. What we collect
- Account and purchase details — your name, email address, country, and the record of what you bought, when, and what it cost. Provided by you at checkout.
- Payment information — handled by our payment provider, Whop, and its processors. We do not receive or store your full card number. What reaches us is the transaction record: amount, date, outcome, and the last digits or card type where the provider shows them.
- Support correspondence — the emails you send us and our replies, kept so we can answer you and keep a record of what was agreed.
- Community and course activity — what you post in the community, and which lessons your account has opened, held by the platform that hosts them.
- Technical logs — our host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
3. Why we use it
- To give you what you paid for — access to the course, the community and the sessions.
- To take payment and to manage renewals, cancellations and refunds.
- To answer your support emails.
- To send you service messages about your membership, such as a change to these terms, a change in price, or a failed payment. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you hold an active membership.
- To keep records we are required to keep for tax and accounting, and to protect against fraud and abuse.
Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is: performing our contract with you (access and billing), our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, keeping our own records), and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
4. Marketing email
If we send you marketing email, every message carries an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel your membership, and does not stop the service messages described above.
5. Who else touches your data
We use a small number of providers, and only to run the service. They act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
- Whop — checkout, payments, and your subscription and cancellation controls.
- The platform hosting the course and community — your access, your lessons and your posts.
- Our website host — serving this site and its server logs.
- Our email provider — sending and receiving support and service email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies of its own. It runs no advertising pixel and no analytics script, so there is nothing here to opt out of.
Checkout happens on our payment provider's own pages, and the course and community are on their own platform. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies, which apply once you are on them.
7. How long we keep it
- Account, membership and community data — while your account exists, and for a short period afterwards in case you return or a dispute is raised.
- Transaction records — for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to keep them, which is longer than your membership and which we cannot delete on request.
- Support email — up to two years after the conversation ends.
- Server logs — a short retention period set by our host.
8. Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete what we hold, except records we are legally required to keep;
- stop sending you marketing;
- restrict or object to a particular use, or ask for your data in a portable format.
Email support@mrrecom.com from the address on your account. We reply within 2 business days and complete the request within 30 days. Exercising any of these rights costs you nothing and we will not treat you differently for it.
If you are in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority. If you are in California, the rights above are the ones the CCPA gives you, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them.
9. Where your data is held
We and our providers are based in or process data in the United States. If you are outside the US, using the service means your information is transferred there and handled under this policy.
10. Security
We keep access to member data limited to the people who need it, and we rely on established providers for payments and hosting rather than handling card data ourselves. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
11. Children
This is a commercial training product for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor has registered, email us and we will remove the account.
12. Changes
If we change this policy the "last updated" date above changes with it, and we will tell you by email if the change materially affects how we use your information.
